From the graphic monitoring screen, it is possible to generate, for some access points, a pop-up window display of the surname/first name and photo of the person who has just been authorised or denied access. If access is denied, the user can then remotely open the access point directly in the pop-up window.
To enable this function, click Supervision > Supervision. In the graphic view, right-click on an access point and check the View the accesses authorised/denied box.
If an access request has then allowed a person to be identified (clocking or biometric identification or entry of staff code) and if the user is in graphic supervision view, displaying the access point for which the request has been made, the system opens a dialogue box which displays:
•The surname
•The first name of the person
•The person's Department
•The photo of the person if there is one
•The access request status: Access authorised or Access denied
If the person is authorised access, the user will just see confirmation they have passed through. If, on the other hand, it is not authorised, the administrator can open the access point by clicking on Opening[...].
