Has your fire alarm been triggered? Monitor your fire report from this screen!

 

1.Select the report you want to monitor.

2.In the Record frame, indicate whether the drill was planned and add a detailed description for it, if necessary.

3.Consult the Drill duration and attach a document.

4.The bottom of this screen shows the statistics for your fire report:

oNumber of people present

oNumber of people present and counted

oA colour key makes it easy for you to see the status of the different people (present but not counted, present and counted, counted at a different point, etc.)

oThe reader at which the people have signed in using their badges, or at which they have been counted for manual entries

5.Press the Print button to print this list.
