The system populates the model file (DATA tab, hidden by default) with for each interval selected:
•The type (Completed or Planned)

If the user has only selected one type in the report configuration, then the system only displays the selected type |
•The interval (start time - end time, selected start time to selected end time)
•The number of people present in the range
This calculation is carried out on a pro rata basis according to the time included in the range. For example, if an employee is present for quarter of an hour for an interval of 1 hour, he/she counts for 0.25.

In Scheduled mode > an employee is considered to be present if: Calculation on a pro rata basis = time slot in the time period/duration of the time period |
Where duration worked in the time period = duration of work periods in the time periods – duration of periods of absence not considered as "worked" in the time period

In Completed mode > an employee is considered to be present if: Calculation on a pro rata basis = time slot in the time period/duration of the time period |
Where duration worked in the time period = duration of clocking periods in the time periods + duration of periods of absence considered as "worked" in the time period
