Changes to absenteeism rate

The absenteeism rate is calculated using the following formula
("Number of hours of absence")/("Theoretical number of hours of work" - "Hours of leave")
•Number of hours of absence: this is the total hours of absences for the reasons for absence to be taken into account over the requested period.
•Theoretical number of hours of work: this is the total theoretical number of hours of work over the requested period.
•Hours of leave: this is the total hours of absences for the reasons for absence to deduct from the theoretical total over the requested period.
For each level of the organisation chart selected and for each year in the period selected, the system adds employees' various totals in days for the departments at the level to be processed.
The report calculates the rate for each level.
