Number of departures by status and reason for departure

The interface extracts the category statuses and reason for departure assigned for each employee from the list to be processed possessing an employment end date with the company falling between the extraction start date and end date:

icn_infohelp

If the employee does not have a reason for departure entered, then he/she is not counted.

If the employee does not have one of the category statuses on the extraction date, then he/she is not counted.
If the employee does not have one of the category statuses selected on the extraction date, then he/she is not counted.

If inclusion of full-time equivalent is checked, then:

othe employee counts for 1 X the rate of the contract, otherwise he/she counts for 1.

oemployee number = total rates/100, otherwise employee number = number of employees processed.

If the contract rate is not entered for the employee then the rate is set at 100% by default.

If the employee has several contracts during the period, then each contract start counts as a recruitment. The status and type of contract are determined by those on the recruitment date.

If the employee does not have a contract or status on the recruitment date, then an error is generated.

The report populates the model file with the list of results for each level description in alphabetical order and by grouping each year between the extraction start date and end date. The system groups non-selected reasons for departure in a group called "other reasons for departure":
