The interface extracts the contracts and category statuses assigned for each employee from the list to be processed.
•If the employee does not have a contract on the extraction date, then he/she is not counted. •If the employee does not have one of the contracts selected on the extraction date, then he/she is not counted. •If the employee does not have a category status on the extraction date, then he/she is not counted •If the employee does not have one of the category statuses on the extraction date, then he/she is not counted. •If inclusion of full-time equivalent is checked, then: othe employee counts for 1 X the rate of the contract, otherwise he/she counts for 1. oemployee number = total rates/100, otherwise employee number = number of employees processed. •If the contract rate is not entered for the employee then the rate is set at 100% by default. |
The report populates the model file with the list of results for each level description in alphabetical order.
