Distribution by status and seniority

The interface extracts the category statuses and seniority in the company assigned for each employee from the list to be processed:

•If the employee does not have a category status on the extraction date, then he/she is not counted •If the employee does not have one of the category statuses selected on the extraction date, then he/she is not counted. •If the employee does not have a start date to indicate seniority entered, then he/she is not counted. •If inclusion of full-time equivalent is checked, then: othe employee counts for 1 X the rate of the contract, otherwise he/she counts for 1. oemployee number = total rates/100, otherwise employee number = number of employees processed. |
The report populates the model file with the list of results for each category status description in alphabetical order and for each seniority bracket, from the youngest to the oldest.
