The system generates the report from:

•all visits whose start date is between the start date and end date of the extraction or is equal to one of those limits

•only visits where the visitor was present at one of the selected sites

•only visits created from a model using the selected zone

The system generates a file with a balance sheet table setting out the reasons for visits and the number of visits made by reason.
