Groups are accessible from the Staff administration > Set up > Groups menu and appear at the bottom of the screen.

Most of the operations that can be carried out by the Staff administration module must be done so individually. It may be interesting to carry out some of them on a group of employees, for example the renewal of a certification for part of the staff rather than for all the employees one by one.

Created groups predefined in Kelio allow you to carry out these operations on groups of employees having a common denominator (section, line manager, etc.) but it is also possible to create mixed groups for specific requirements.

Once the employee groups have been created, they appear in the Staff administration screens. You may carry out most of the operations which were performed individually in the rest of the manual on these groups.
