Kelio allows you to set up a large number of calculation rules in order to adapt the results to your various needs. This will allow you to add special functions to Kelio with sets of adapted screens. You can access this from your Employee Self-Service workspace.
Numerous rules are available as standard. The steps you need to follow will vary depending on the rule in question.
Filter
You can use a filter to target a period and/or choose the status of the requests:
To be processed - An action is required on your part.
Modified by the administrator - Your superior has made modifications. If it has not been checked, you can make modifications of your own.
Modified by the employee - You have made modifications.
Checked - The request has been accepted by the HR administrator.
You will find all the rules/extensions that concern you on this list. If an element is missing, please modify the Filter and click Apply.
Information for each rule/extension
Various information is shown on the screen:
•The Date on which the rule is triggered
•The Summary of the rule, i.e. the calculation carried out.
•The rule Status
Click on the Process button to open the validation mechanism specific to this rule, indicating the value to be broken down if necessary. If the status of the request is not set to Checked, you can make modifications of your own. Remember to Confirm your changes before exiting this screen.
