Viewing your estimated absences

Click on Estimated absences to access the estimated absence balances and totals for you or for a user that you manage. The totals may be displayed as closed at the end of the current accounting year or at the end of the next accounting year.

Information for each estimated balance

•The Abbreviation of the balance and its Description,

•The Unit used,

•The Current value of the balance and the day's date,

•The Estimated value of the balance at the end of the current year,

•The number of hours or days acquired over this period,

•The number of hours or days taken over this period,

 

Information for absence totals

•The Abbreviation of the absence and its Description,

•The Unit used,

•The Current value of the total and the day's date,

•The Estimated value of the total at the end of the current year,

If the balance has been initialised, the estimated balance is given on the day before the initialisation date.

The Refresh tab can be used to update the results. The Estimated takes account of all the absence requests awaiting validation or validated, including requests pending in the future.
