In some cases, it is useful to change a public holiday's status to match changes in your schedules.
On the date-to-date view, you can make occasional modifications for each employee, proceeding as follows: 1.Activate at least one item in the toolbar. 2.Double click or right click on the public holiday to be modified. An option list is displayed on the screen. 3.Select the type of this day (Fixed public holiday, Floating public holiday, Extra day off, Normal day). 4.Indicate whether it is Working or Non working, Unpaid, Paid or Paid and actual. 5.Select the method of Payment for this day. 6.If necessary, activate the Not included in the annualised hours objective check box for this day to be ignored from the annualised hours calculation. 7.Specify whether this day must be taken into account in the Calculation of tax-exempt overtime hours. 8.Click on Validate to save the changes. |
Grouped modification of public holidays
When several employees are impacted by a public holiday change, it may be laborious to change the days one by one. To avoid wasting time, you can use the Public holiday mass modification function. 1.Activate at least one item in the toolbar. 2.Select one or more public holidays in the planning for several people, using drag and drop. 3.Right click Mass modify the public holiday. 4.Modify or add individuals via the 5.Select the type of this day (Fixed public holiday, Floating public holiday, Extra day off, Normal day). 6.Indicate whether it is Working or Non working, Unpaid, Paid or Paid and actual. 7.Select the method of Payment for this day. 8.If necessary, activate the Not included in the annualised hours objective check box for this day to be ignored from the annualised hours calculation. 9.Specify whether this day must be taken into account in the Calculation of tax-exempt overtime hours. 10.Click on Validate to save the changes. |
