Integrate a resource whose identity is not yet known (recruitment ongoing or pending) into the planning!
Create a provisional employee
1.Right-click on the planning grid (employees or posts) Create a provisional employee.
2.Enter Surname and first name.
3.Define the registered period.
4.Select the existing employee you wish to use as a template when planning for the future employee.
5.If necessary, check the corresponding check boxes to copy across the job title and skills and planning information from the existing employee.
6.Add a Comment if necessary.
The provisional employee will then be displayed directly in your planning. You can plan their schedules, assign them to posts, etc. before they start work at your company.
When the new recruit takes up their position and their file has been created in Kelio
1.Right-click on the provisional employee in the planning and click on Link provisional resource.
2.If necessary, alter the start and end of registration dates (e.g. if 2 different employees are going to succeed one another during the same period in times of need).
3.Select the employee your want to link to the dropdown list. To set up the link, copy and paste the planning for the provisional employee into the selected employee. If you do not want to overwrite the planning for the selected employee, check the corresponding box in the Retain planning menu (schedules, absences, activities, remote working, on-call duties or remarks).
Once the link has been established, the provisional employee will disappear and no longer be included in the work post or the planning results.
