From the post view, you can check whether your employees are all on duty in real time.

 

1.View absent/present employees on posts

2.The popup displays the absent/present status in real time.

3.Select the Status to be displayed via the drop-down menu - absent and/or present. The Absent status corresponds to a person who is scheduled on the post but has not yet clocked in.

4.The Update button is also used to apply the filter.

5.To make it easier to understand, enter the item you are looking for in the input field.

Example:

Employee 1 is scheduled on the Activity A post from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. It is 3.51 p.m. and the employee has still not clocked out => he is still displayed as Present on Activity A post.
