From the Setup > Accounts > On-call duties menu, the list opens with all the on-call duty types which will be used later in the Kelio Planning module to plan employees' on-call duties. To add a new on-call duty type, you must:

1.Click on or right-click on the on-call duty list and select Add.

2.Enter a Description and an Abbreviation for this on-call duty.

3.Select the colour and shading of the type to be shown in the toolbox and in the planning of the Kelio schedule planning.

4.Follow these instructions to link this on-call duty to an entity.

5.Click on Save to confirm the creation.
