A group of readers contains a set of terminals. Each employee will be associated with a group in order to define on which readers he/she is allowed to clock in or out. You are informed about the number of employees allowed to swipe their badges on terminals.
1.From the Setup > Hardware > Reader groups menu, click on or right-click on the list of groups and select Add.
2.Enter a Description.
3.Click on and check the terminal to add it to the reader group. Click in the header of each column in the table to activate a sort. Validate.
4.Confirm the group creation by clicking on the Save button. The reader groups must then be assigned to the employees in their files.
