The system's main module is Kelio Staff administration. which includes the following features: •Viewing and modifying employees; •Managing all your human resources data, administrative documents and personal documents |
The purpose of the Configuration module is to create and set up terminals, set up the overall operation of the system and modify the retrieval frequency of clockings, etc. |
Kelio Access Allows you to manage access to buildings. In fact, you can: •Set up access types and areas; •Define different types of access rights; •Consult the individuals’ allowed and/or denied clockings; •Remotely open a door; •Graphically supervise accesses (with Kelio Security); •Manage alarm centres (with Kelio Security); •Manage visitor access.

With the fully integrated digitalisation module, Kelio enables you to have your end-of-period reports signed electronically. You can also create mass-mailed documents and have them signed: employment contracts, job title certificates, etc. or have external documents signed (only in PDF format). |
The User rights module allows the system administrator to set up Kelio system access and usage rights by profile (administrator, manager, validator, employee). |
The Payroll & Reporting module allows you to import and export data and also to query a data warehouse from your Kelio database in the form of independent tables (optional). Within this module, you can set up/run your payroll interfaces (optional). Kelio Report, available across the whole range, will become your key tool for managing your human resources and will help you prepare your company's HR assessment in the form of reports. |
T&A employee self-service (optional)
Integrated with Kelio human resources management, this module is used to manage the following processes in particular: •Virtual clocking terminal/Attendance indication; •Absence requests; •Attendance declaration; •Activity declarations (optional). |
This module allows you to check the results obtained following the publication of the Suggestions box and Survey applications on your Kelio Visio X7 terminal. |
The Setup of Kelio is important when setting up the system. Essentially, its purpose is to create all the data that will be used to subsequently ensure that the software is managed correctly. Its features are as follows: •Creating the organisation chart; •Creating schedules; •Creating absence types; •Setting up overtime calculation rules, bonuses, etc. |
Planning and Planning Pro (optional)
These modules allow you to organise schedules and absences according to your operating mode in days, half-days or even hour-by-hour. With Kelio Planning Pro, you can also access concepts such as on-call duties, posts, requirements, replacement, loaning and sharing of employees. |
The calculation rules allow Kelio users to define special processes. With customised development of calculation rules, you can adapt Kelio to your organisation's particular requirements. These are highly flexible solutions for adjusting results to the specific features of all collective or company agreements. |
The monitoring module, accessible with an Administrator - System profile, allows the Kelio consultant to set up automatic backups of the database Kelio. The consultant will also use this module to restore a backup of your database in case of force majeure. This module is protected by an access code. |
The Kelio T&A and T&A Pro modules allow you to manage your user employees' attendance and activity times. With this option you will be able to: •Viewing and modifying employees; •Viewing and modifying clockings, absences, results, etc.; •Setting up calendars (payroll and public holidays); •Create and execute various reports, etc. |
