The hourly basis allows you to define the number of hours in the employee's contracted time. The hourly basis is therefore only modified if the contract changes.
The hourly basis distribution allows you to define how the hours are distributed over the employee's working week. You may then monitor the basis interval, which is calculated per week and which enables you to monitor the difference between the actual time and the hourly basis previously defined for the employee.
The daily schedule must have a contracted time or time windows. |
