In the Time & Activities > Administrate > Manage module, you will find all the data to be completed regarding the organisation's various schedules as well as the setup of specific calculations.
You will find all the functionality necessary to the daily management of employees:
•clockings,
•attendance indication,
•schedules,
•absences/business leave,
•activities,
•remote working.
You will also find a set of functions enabling the processing of anomalies, specific calculation, account initialisation, etc.
In the employee attendance screen, the Recalculate button allows you to update the period on which you are positioned. If you wish to recalculate a longer period, simply request the results for the desired period then update the screen.
When you are on the list of employees, right-click on an employee to launch a recalculation either on the current Period or on the Previous period, or Since the locking date or Since another date.
Grouped recalculation is possible.
