Groups are accessible from the Time & Activities > Set up > Groups menu and appear at the bottom of the screen.

Most of the operations that can be carried out by the Time & Activities module must be done so individually. It may be interesting to be able to carry out some of them on a group of employees, for example, the initialisation of the paid leave balance at 25 or 30 days for all the employees rather than for the employees one by one.

Created groups predefined in Kelio allow you to carry out these operations on groups of employees having a common denominator (schedule, end-of-period calendar, etc.) but it is also possible to create mixed groups for specific requirements.

Once employee groups are created, they appear in Time & Activities. You may carry out most of the operations which were performed individually in the rest of the manual on these groups.
