Directory

This application is accessible from the My Workspace > Directory menu and allows you to manage your organisation’s useful contacts.

It is possible to add a shortcut to your portal.

This application allows the user (depending on their profile), from any touchscreen device equipped with an Internet browser, to consult:

This screen shows you a list of people you are allowed to consult.

1.Complete the search field to find a person or

2.refine the search using the Filter. Target the Job title, Section and Function of the people you are looking for or view your Favourites only. You can customise the list of people shown to your requirements by sorting and selecting the position of elements in the Display parameters. Confirm the selection by clicking on icon_validate. Clicking on icon_3 dots_big allows you to Reset the filter.

3.Check the box opposite each person and click on icon_3 dots_big to Add/Remove favourites and Send email.

4.Clicking on the profile opens a window with each person's contact information. If the information is provided, you can call them or send an email directly.

This screen shows you a list of numbers that you are permitted to consult in order to quickly find a taxi, call a travel agent or call a sales desk.

1.Fill in the search field to find a number or

2.refine the search using the Filter. Target the Type of useful number or display your Favourites only. You can customise the list of useful numbers to your requirements by sorting and selecting the position of elements in the Display parameters. Confirm the selection by clicking on icon_validate. Clicking on icon_3 dots_big allows you to Reset the filter.

3.Check the box opposite each number and click icon_3 dots_big to Add/Remove favourites.

4.Clicking a row opens a window with detailed information about each element. If the information is provided, you can call them or send an email directly.
