Depending on your rights, you can generate a dashboard using the automatic functions. To access the automatic functions, open the Configuration module in SOFTWARE > Processing.

Set up an automatic function.

1.Click on to add an automatic function.

2.Enter a new Description.

3.Select Data Exchange: Dashboard from the drop-down menu

4.Choose a dashboard from the list provided as standard.

5.Select the Period for which you want to extract the data that will be used to create the dashboard (year, day, month, period, week) then select the start and end Date for the relative period.

6.E.g. if today is 31/10/2022 and I choose -1 and -1 for the start date of the end of the relative period, the data from September will be used.

7.Select the Population concerned by the data extraction and the Language in which the dashboard will be edited.

8.Choose the period for which the automatic function must be taken into account.

9.You can set the frequency at which you want to receive the dashboard:

•Each time the server starts

•Annually

•Weekly (and which day of the week)

•Hourly (and every X minutes)

•Monthly (and every X day of the month)

•Daily (and every X days) or

•Just once.

10. Click on Save to save this automatic function.
