Kelio Kelio Paylink is a payroll interface module that is used to extract time & attendance management data and export it to a payroll software application.

Paylink transfers the time & attendance management data via ASCII files directly into your payroll software to facilitate payroll preparation. A powerful correspondence manager allows you to link Kelio data with your payroll sections.

- totals: actual, contracted, normal, paid

- overtime / special hours

- balances

- balances

- absence totals

- absence durations

- business leaves

The Kelio process to your payroll software

1.Collection and verification of attendance and absence time in the Kelio software via the automatic calculation and checking of variable payroll elements (anomaly/alert management).

2.Automatic transfer of variable parameters via ASCII files to your payroll software, via email or FTP.

3.Final processing and editing of payslips in your payroll software.
