Kelio Access allows you to receive a software warning in the event of an anomaly (distress code entered, access point left open, not open or forced, link failure). The software warning appears as a pop-up window:

The warning specifies the type of event that occurred as well as the alarm, the site and the access control equipment concerned. When the warnings are configured, three acknowledgement modes could be set up:

By software: user action required,

By returning to normal state (closing the access point, returning the connection, by ending the fault state of the auto event)

By timeout: the warning disappears at the end of a configured timer.

In the case of acknowledgement by software, you must click on the Acknowledge button to remove the associated anomaly. Clicking on the Close button will just close the window; the anomaly remains.
