You can add warning functions following an anomaly event by:
•SMS: an SMS message is sent to a defined user’s mobile phone and delivers a previously defined message.
•Email: an email is sent to the relevant user’s inbox to deliver a pre-defined message.
Set up an alert
1.Click on SET UP > Alarms/Emergencies > Alerts.
2.Click on or right-click on the list and select Add.
3.Enter a Description for this new alert.
4.Select alert type
a.By SMS
b.By email
5.Indicate how often the alert should be repeated, Recurrence every.
6.Activate the sending of a warning alert acknowledgement if you wish.
7.Enter the Message to be displayed in the event of an alert. The To insert into the message fields are at your disposal to complete the text with data from Kelio.
8.To add Recipients, click on the button and tick the people concerned. Each column is an ascending or descending sort criterion in alphanumeric order of the values in the column. Validate.
From the list of recipients, the system only offers the access employees for whom either a primary work telephone number or email address has been entered. |
9.Click the Save button to validate.
Clicking on the Print button allows you to print the alerts.
