Kelio allows you to manage employee access, and cannot be used without the customised hardware. It must then be configured by someone who owns the rights on the Setup module. Anyone with an Administrator profile can then use the data.

It is through the combination of the two that the system can decide if the employee is allowed to cross accesses and in what way.

The access control principle

•an employee is associated to an access profile which determines when he/she is authorised to access each selected access point,

•an access point is associated with an access crossing schedule, which defines the security level at different times (day, week, month).
