Event types
Auto events are set up according to conditions which may arise from the following events:
•Access authorised/refused
•Clocking authorised for one slot in the visit
•Change in status of a dry contact input, relay output or reservation
•Change in crossing schedule
•Duress code
•Condition valid if number of persons reached
•A Reader Interface's power or connection is cut
•Code entry error
•Closure of unit casing
•Attendance authorisation period end
•End of authorisation period
•Case opening
•Door left open or forced
•Power or connection is restored
•Employee identified
•According to planning
Set up an auto event condition
1.Click on SET UP > Auto events > Conditions.The lower part of the screen lists the elements already created.
2.Click on to add a condition.
3.Enter a Description.
4.Indicate the Site for which the condition will be applied (choice required from the dropdown menu).
The conditions created for a site can only be used in auto events created for the same site. |
5.Enter a Description for the condition.
6.Choose the First rule:
a.Select the Type of Event.
b.The Entry selection frame allows you to associate entries to a condition. Select entries using the and
arrows and then clicking on Validate.
c.Complete the additional fields which depend on the type of event for the 1st rule. For some types, there is no additional field.
7.If you want to add an Other rule, choose between And/Or.
a.Set the Sequence period between the two rules.
b.Choose the second Type of event.
8.Click the Save button to validate the creation of the condition.
