Kelio Access is a comprehensive access control environment to effectively manage access to your premises. It is software edited by Kelio that can be incorporated into the Kelio suite, providing an effective way of managing:
•Access
•Fire drills
•Visitors
•Video surveillance
Kelio allows you to manage employee access, and cannot be used without the customised hardware. It must then be configured by someone with Setup rights; anyone with an Administrator profile can then use the data.
The access control principle is simple:
-An employee is associated with an authorisation schedule that defines when he/she is authorised to access the various areas
-An access is associated with a crossing schedule which determines when and in what way it can be crossed.
It is through the combination of the two that the system can decide if the employee is allowed to cross accesses and in what way.

The screens that you will see in this help are not necessarily all displayed in your software. During the installation, the consultant will configure your application to ensure that only the information that you need will appear. This is to ensure that the application is not overloaded with information that you do not need. |
