The suggestions box will allow you to consult your employees and thus develop participatory innovation within your organisation. You can consult your employees whether to boost a one-off project or obtain proposals for improvements to processes or work posts. Supporting ideas will provide additional motivation among your teams.

Once set up from the Setup > Hardware > Touch terminals > Kelio Apps module, you can consult the results obtained:

•choose the display period

•the central screen includes all the details on each idea received (title, detailed description, date of creation, status, etc.)

•at the bottom of this screen, you will find all the themes that you have put in place as well as the number of ideas received by application.

 

The button allows you to:

•decide whether to make the idea visible to all employees on the terminal

•change the status of the idea: to be processed, selected, not selected, archived

•add a comment

 

With the button, you can export the obtained results to Excel®.
