The messaging application btn_envelopis an internal communication tool used to facilitate dialogue within your organisation. Your employees can communicate among themselves or with their managers via chat groups. Each user has a contacts list in his/her file – selected by you – listing the persons with whom he/she is able to communicate.

Depending on access rights to the software, messaging is available from:

Portal

Time & Activities

Staff administration

Planning

Employee area

Touchscreen terminal

If someone wishes not to be disturbed while working, they may go offline bouton_hors_ligne.

There are 3 separate roles:

Employee - may receive messages and (possibly) answer them. They require a User - Collaborative tools, Access the Messages application.

Manager - can create conversations. They require a User - Collaborative tools, Access the Messages application + Authorise sending messages to several participants.

Moderator - may delete unwanted messages. They require a User - Collaborative tools, Access the Messages application + Permanent deletion of a conversation or message (Moderation).

With an Employee - Terminal right, these 3 functions may be used from a touchscreen terminal.
