The objective of the employee surveys is to get them to participate and make them feel actively involved. The surveys will allow you to identify areas for improvement or gather feedback from your employees on a particular theme (training, work environment, satisfaction, recognition, etc.).

These surveys can be conducted anonymously or by name and are associated with a publication period on the Kelio Visio X7 terminal. The survey is accessible from the home screen of the application or can be triggered when each employee clocks in or out.

 

Once installed from the Setup > Hardware > Touch terminals > Kelio Apps module, you can consult the results achieved:

•choose the display period and possibly apply a filter for the selection of voters using the button

•from the General Information tab, you will find the description, the title of the question, the publication period, as well as the number of responses obtained

•the Summary tab shows you the results in the form of a graphic

•the Survey Details tab provides more specific information, such as the voter's name, section, response, date, source, or even which terminal was used to take the survey. With the button, you can export the results obtained to Excel®.

•at the bottom of this screen, you will find all the surveys that you have put in place. For each one, you can view whether the voter's identity is registered, whether the application is associated with a clocking or an application and whether it is visible on the terminal.

The Print button will allow you to obtain your graphic in the form of a PDF file and print it.
