Kelio allows you to create directories of personnel and Functionality linked to a sales option useful numbers from Staff administration > Set up > Directory. This directory is available from My Workspace > Directory or the tile on the portal (on PC or tablet and mobile).

When an employee is set up in Kelio HR PRO, they are automatically added to the personnel directory. |
The directory of useful numbers is fully customisable and allows you to group different types of useful numbers by category (for example: taxis, hotels, meeting rooms, travel agencies, etc.) and to include all the information that would be useful to your employees should they need it: To create a new useful number: 1.Click on 2.Enter a Description. 3.Select an icon. 4.Specify the Type (to be configured in the Type of useful numbers category from the system fields) 5.Fill in the following information such as Phone, Email, Web page, Description, Address. 6.Save button. |
