Kelio modules can be accessed using a Web browser by entering the application address.

For example, during installation, if the name of the computer server is SERVER, the default address is: http://SERVER:8089/open. For installations in SaaS mode, the address often takes the following form: https://companyname.kelio.io.

Access to the applications is secured using an identifier and a password unique to each user. The login page is available from a permanent workstation or touchscreen devices (tablet, smartphone).

On this screen, you can choose to store his/her login options by activating the Save these settings check box.

To disable the automatic login, you must click on Logout in order to return to the identification screen and login again, disabling the option to save the parameters.

When using double authentication, once you have entered your login and password, you will be sent a one time usage password by email. This code is valid for 5 minutes. If you do not receive this code, contact your manager or HR Service so they can generate and send you another code.

Click on the Confirm button to access the Kelio portal. Depending on your rights profile, you can access the various applications by simply clicking on the relevant tile.

If you lose your password, clicking on Forgotten your password? will give you the option of filling in your identifier or the email address associated with the Kelio system to receive a new password.
