Once the user has been identified, he/she may change his/her password by clicking on the My account link from the navigation menu.

Simply fill in the information requested and save by clicking on Validate.

If you lose your password, clicking on Forgotten your password? on the login page will give you the option of filling in your identifier or the email address associated with the Kelio system to receive a new password.

tog_minus        Interface with the LDAP directories and Active Directory

In order to limit password entry while securing access to the applications, it is possible to interface Kelio with the LDAP and/or ACTIVE DIRECTORY authentication modes.

These solutions provide greater convenience and allow you:

•to access Kelio using the same password that you use for the organisation's other applications;

•to hide your identity on the Kelio portal as it is the opening of the Windows session that grants the right to access Kelio.
