tog_minus        Configure/Customise the portal

The options for setting up and customising the portal are highly detailed.

There are two default portals: one adapted to an employee, the other for a manager/administrator.

So the tiles that we have described to you may be located elsewhere and have a different colour on your portal.

But the main principles of use are the same.

The setup is carried out from the Setup - Customisation - Portal module. To set up the portal, an Administrator - Setup right with portal and tile authorisation is required.

From this screen, you can set up the Kelio module that is displayed as the URL http://SERVEUR:8089/open/global, which can, for instance, be implemented as a shortcut on your desktop.

If you select Virtual clocking terminal, you will arrive directly on this page, after the log in procedure, without going through the portal.

 

The choice in the dropdown menu is related to your user rights.
