Absenteeism is used in human resources management to measure employees' absenteeism rate. In theory, several short, unplanned absences are more disruptive than a long absence.
Bradford factor calculation method:
Indicator = S × S × D
•S is the number of absence periods (frequencies) over the requested period
•D is the number of absence days over the requested period
For example:
•1 absence of 10 days (1 x 1 x 10) = 10
•5 absences of 2 days (5 x 5 x 10) = 250
•10 absences of one day (10 x 10 x 10) = 1,000
To consult a person's absenteeism, you must:
1.Specify the Period over which you wish to perform the calculation. In general, this calculation is performed over 52 weeks.
2.Select the Indicator display colours. Validate. The score's background colour will be displayed according to the indicator threshold.
3.Absenteeism is calculated automatically according to your setup.
Check that the right calculation configuration is assigned to the employee via their time contract. |
The data may be exported directly by clicking on . In collective consultation, you may choose to display the absenteeism as a graph or a table.
