When the Activities and Activities Pro options are enabled, it is possible to set up, within the Administration module, how the simplified mode for activity clockings operates from the Collaborative workspace. The Simplified mode can be set up in the User rights module as well. If the setup has already been done in the latter module, you will find the same type of information here.

Configuration of the activity virtual clocking terminal

1.From the Time & Activities > Set up > Activities > Activity virtual clocking terminal menu, select the rights profile (Employee - Employee Self-Service) to which this choice applies in the lower part of the screen.

2.Select a Key No. in the screen above. Double-click or click on .

3.Select the Client you want from the dropdown menu or using the button.

4.Select the Task you want from the dropdown menu or using the button.

5.Select the Cost centre you want from the dropdown menu or using the button.

6.Click on to confirm. If you make a mistake, delete the line created by clicking on .

7.Click on the Save button.
