Operating principle
You have chosen to manage costs using the Activities module (option to be enabled in the Configurationmodule). To do so, you must:
1.Set up cost management in general.
2.Configure the different hourly rates, see below.
3.Assign the hourly rates to employees, activities, cost centres or clients.
Setup of hourly rates
From the Time & Activities > Set up > Activities > Hourly rates menu, you can set up hourly rates:
1.Click on or right-click on the list of hourly rates and select Add.
2.Enter a Description and an Abbreviation for this rate.
3.Click on then enter a Value, a Start date and confirm with
.
4.Click on Save to validate the entry.
It is possible to have a history of all the rate changes. In this case, during a modification, click on in the left-hand column instead of overwriting the existing elements.
To delete an hourly rate, you must select it in the list and click on the button or right-click and select
