All the users who have already been created are listed at the bottom of the screen. A new user is created by clicking on the icn_add employee button. There are two options:

Assign rights profiles to an employee - select an employee from the dropdown menu. The employees in this menu were created in time management or access control but do not yet have a user profile.

You can create NON-employee users. In this case, he/she is not considered by the system as a Kelio database employee.  He/she therefore cannot be assigned an Employee profile and this choice does not appear on the screen.

This is where you can configure, apart from the general parameters, the administrator rights for Kelio Data, the collaborative workspace and collaborative tools as well as the setup rights. Profiles related to users are assigned from Users > Configure. The content is the same as in the manager workspace of Time & Activities and Staff administration.
