A user is a person who will use the Kelio Suite. The user may thus have one or several Administrator/Manager/Employee roles.

If the user has been created from the rights module without being associated with an employee, he/she is not considered by the system as a Kelio database employee. He/she can therefore not be assigned an Employee profile and this choice does not appear on the screen. |
Create, change, delete system users and maybe associate them with an employee of Time & Attendance Management
Associate an Absence validator with several users
Assign absence validators by type
Associate one or several Absence validators by type with a population
Assign clocking declaration validators
Associate a Clocking validator with a group of users in a single operation
Control identification on the workstations

Mass assignment of the Employee and User profiles is done from the employee file. |
