The absences entered with a start date and a number of absence days are exported with an end date equal to the start date, increased by the number of days reduced by 1. Repetitive absences are assimilated into date to date absences over the period requested. The absence totals in hours and days for the type are the sum of the daily absence totals between the absence start and end dates. |

The public holidays associated with the employee are the public holidays on the calendar plus the exceptional public holidays added to the employee, minus exceptional non public holidays in the calendar deleted for the employee.

If the activity assignment is of day type and if there is already an activity of day type, the new one will override the first one. If the activity assignment is of a 1st half-day type and there is already a 1st half-day type activity, the new activity will override the existing 1st half-day type activity. If the activity assignment is of a 2nd half-day type and there is already a 2nd half-day type activity, the new activity will override the existing 2nd half-day type activity. If the activity assignment to be written is of duration type, the activity will be created systematically, disregarding the activities of duration type already existing. If the activity assignment to be written is of period type, the activity will only be created if there is no other activity of period type having in common a part of or the entire period with the period to be written. |
