With Kelio Data you can synchronise 3 types of data in the warehouse:
-The Kelio setup data,
-The employee data,
-The totals’ data.
With the Data exchange module screens, you can define which data you want to copy in the warehouse.
In the Selection tab, each description (Totals synchro, Setup synchro and Employees synchro) corresponds to a type of data that can be synchronised.
The detail area in the right hand part of the screen lets you select the data to be synchronised using checkboxes, and lets you define the period and synchronisation frequency as well as the clearing.
Selecting the data to be synchronised
Employee dataThis is the information specific to each employee entered or recorded in the system. For example, the warehouse can be supplied with: -Employee clocking in and out, -Employee absence files, -Employee birth date, -Activities and cost centres. Setup dataThis is the system setup information. This covers, for example: -The list of absence types -The list of cost centres types, -The list of on-call duties, -The lists of accounts, -The company organisation chart, -The payroll period. The totalsThese are the results calculated by the Kelio system. These results may be daily, weekly, periodical or permanent. This way, the results achieved (validated on a due date) are distinguished from the estimated results (anticipated until the required date). This covers, for example: -The absence totals, -The overtime totals, -The balance totals, -The bonus totals, -The activity totals, -The on-call duty totals. |
Synchronisation frequency, period and purge
The data warehouse tables are filled according to the choices made earlier. Synchronisation may be carried out from time to time or using automatic functions. The synchronisation period and frequency must be adapted to operating and processing requirements. |
