Access events

Using the monitoring, it is easy to know who entered the company and when. This monitoring can be used, for example, in case of theft, to know who were present on the premises at the time of the theft. It is also possible to monitor anomalies.

•To display an event monitoring task, you can go directly via the menu ADMINISTRATE > Supervision > Access events > Run a monitoring task. You must then enter all the information required for generating the monitoring.

•Another method consists in creating beforehand what are known as filters which are actually the backup of information required for generating a monitoring. These filters can then be accessed and modified from ADMINISTRATE > Supervision > Access events > Filters. They can be viewed only by you or by all users of Kelio.
