To run a monitoring events task, you need to click on ADMINISTRATE > Supervision > Access events > Run a monitoring task:

1.Select the Type of period in which the monitoring task is to run (month, week, day, date to date or in real time for  Kelio) and select the relevant start and end date(s).

2.Select the filter template to be applied from the drop-down menu.

3.Modify, if necessary, the selections made when creating the filter (Where, What and Hardware tabs).

These changes cannot be retained.

4.By default, the monitoring will be done for everyone. In the Who tab however, you have the possibility, by activating the boxes, to specify for which employees you want to carry out the monitoring for the locations, on the hardware and for the event types set up when creating the filter.

5.Click on the Apply button to start the monitoring task.

6.Click on the Update button to relaunch the monitoring in real time.

7.Click and drag a column header to move it, if necessary, for printing, for example.

8.Right-click on a column header to list all columns present in the monitoring. It is then possible to check and uncheck the information to be displayed, as required. The request is then immediately validated.

9.Click on the icn_export icon to export the monitoring in CSV format if necessary.
