It is possible to start single or grouped prints of personalised badges from the individual files (employees or visitors) screen and visit schedule. To do this, Kelio software interfaces with eMedia Card Designer, which is the EVOLIS printer management software.

Before running a badge print, the printer must be installed correctly at your workstation. Then, a badge template must be created in eMedia Card Designer whilst respecting the interface connection with Kelio software.

Run the print of one or more badges

1.Go to one of the following menus:

a.Administrate > Employees > Individual file > Access user,

b.Administrate > Visitors > Visit schedule

c.Administrate > Visitors > Visitors > Professional data

2.Click on Print badges.

3.Select the relevant persons or visits.

4.Choose the corresponding template in the Badge template tab.

5.Validate.

If no badge template is selected from Kelio Configuration, the Print badge button is not enabled.

Configure Kelio for the printing of badges

A template can be added to the selection list from the Configuration module.
