To see all the visits for your population, click on ADMINISTRATE > Visitors > Visit schedule. This screen displays a schedule which allows anticipated visits and the persons being visited for a period to be displayed

The system displays a table with all the visits programmed from the current date for the next week. Of the visits are presented in a descending chronological order, but all columns can be used as sort criteria.

Configure the schedule display to my needs

1.Change the Period for which you want to see the visits by entering the Dates or by clicking on the date in the calendar that can be displayed using the icn_calendar_blue button. To change the period quickly, use the drop-down menu which offers the following choices:

a.Next 7 days

b.Today

c.Current week (from Monday to Sunday containing the current day)

d.Preceding week (from Monday to Sunday)

e.Next week (from Monday to Sunday)

2.Filter the visits displayed according to their Status. Simply activate or deactivate the corresponding check boxes and Apply.

Each occurrence of the visit between these dates is displayed with the appropriate colour. Information indicates recurring visits. The number listed in brackets stands for the visit counter.

Visits to come (blue)

Visit finished and taken place (black)

Visits finished and not taken place (red)

Visits in progress (green)

Visitors waiting (purple) - the visit must have been previously validated by an administrator

3.You may activate Automatic refresh every n minutes.

4.To see the details for a visit, double-click on it. By doing this, you can make changes.

5.You can use the buttons in the right-hand side of the table to easily Start icon_start or Close icon_close visits..

6.Update refreshes the information on the screen.

Opening an access from the visit schedule

Click on Open an access point to open an access point remotely.

Consult the disallowed events in progress from the visit schedule

Clicking the Disallowed events button displays a list of all disallowed events in progress. The purpose of an access restriction is to prohibit all accesses for a person or a badge.
