You can set up monitoring for events or attendance, which will be automatically generated by the system at a specific date/time and then sent to a printer or emailed.
1.Click on ADMINISTRATE > Supervision > Access events > Automatic monitoring. The list of existing monitorings is then displayed in the lower part of the screen.
2.Click on the button.
3.Enter a Description for this new automatic monitoring and a Comment, if necessary.
4.Select the Filter template to be applied from the drop-down menu.

5.Select the check boxes to specify which Employees and/or Visitors you wish to monitor. A single click in the box in the column header activates all the boxes and vice versa.

6.Make a choice for displaying content between:
a.Events summary and details (default) or
b.Summary by type of event. The summary allows only one simplified follow-up message to be sent. This includes one line per type of event followed up
7.Select the data types that you want to see in the monitoring with summary and details in the desired order of appearance.
Period
8.Select the monitoring period:
a.Relative Month with choice of month up to month -12.
b.Relative Week with choice of week up to week -52.
c.Relative Day with choice of day up to day -99 and the timetable period for the day (from 00:00 to 24:00 by default).
d.Relative date-to-date period (the day before the current day being -1).
Broadcasting
9.Choose the distribution medium from the dropdown menu:
a.Send by email. Click on the button. The list includes the names of access employees who have a work email address. Activate the boxes corresponding to the recipients concerned with the monitoring and then click Validate.
b.Print the report (List of printers installed on the workstation).
10.Validate by clicking Save.
The frequency of monitoring generation must then be set up by a Kelio consultant in the automatic functions of the Installation module. |
