Attendance boards can be set up to display the list of employees with the Absent or Present employee status (red or green LED). This allows, for example, information to be given to a caretaker regarding the presence of people on a site or in a specific area but without giving them access rights to the Kelio software.
You can consult a list of existing boards from SET UP > People > Attendance boards. The list of boards already configured for access control from the Configuration module is displayed in the bottom part of the screen (Area 5).
The red LED is always off in absences/attendance management for access point control.
View absent/present employees status
1.If necessary, change the Title,Abbreviation and Description. 2.Check Identical to and select a table in the drop-down menu if you wish to apply the layout of an existing table.
3.To enter Controlled areas, click on 4.All the individuals in the list can be allocated to an indicator (limited to 50 per table). To do this, select the LED, select the person you want from the list, and then double-click. The name of the person is displayed on the indicator. 5.To edit an assignment, select the LED, select the desired person from the list, and click on Edit employee. 6.To delete an assignment, select the light and click on Remove employee. 7.You can insert an element by clicking on Insert employee. In this case, the element will be inserted above the indicator selected and the others will be shifted back. 8.You can sort the persons in the list by clicking on the column header or search for a person using one of the filters available (on surname spelling, organisational chart level or access profile). 9.Click on the Save button to save the assignments in the attendance board. |
Boards can also be set up to display the Open or Closed status for dry contact inputs or relay outputs. |
