The Kelio Visitor module is an additional module which allows you to include visitor management within your secured access system.

This module offers an information record per visitor allowing you to:

•Define the free and predefined fields specific to visitors (e.g. vehicle licence plate)

•Scanning of a document (e.g. identity card) and attaching it to the visitor file

•Printing of a customised badge

•Print a summary sheet of all information as well as a history of the visitor's visits

 

To simplify the work of the caretaker, you can create several visit templates with any number of fields to complete. These templates can also be used on the visitors terminal.
