Mass-mailed reports are available from the Staff administration > Administrate > Print/Export > Mass-mailed reports menu.
Mass-mailed reports
The home page contains two screens:

Certification (optional) As the mass mailing report is linked to a certification period, it must be launched from theManage > Certifications menu. |
oThe Date tab, to choose the period/accounting year, start/end date. oThe Employees tab, to choose the employee(s). oThe Format and distribution tab, to select the output format (PDF or Template document format) and the sending method (sending an email, in an employee file, as a signature). |
Launching a report
1.Select the report in the left-hand column.
2.Specify if necessary the Dates for which you want to extract the data. By checking the box Filter the data in the historical information tables, it is possible to retrieve the data from between these two dates.
3.Select the employees for whom you want to extract the data, either via the Employees tab, or by selecting the people in the list of employees in the bottom of the screen.
4.In the Format and distribution tab, select the type of report:
a.Collective report:
▪Enter the email addresses of external recipients.
▪Select recipient employees from the list; it is their business email that will be used.
▪Adjust the email’s contents by clicking on .
b.Individual report:
▪Check Send the document by email to distribute the report to recipient employees from the list; choose between business, personal or both.
▪Check Send document to the employee file and select the employee file location where you want to store the document.
▪Check Request signature on reports Functionality linked to a sales option) and select the signature template to prepare for sending.
Until there is a Mass mailing signature template, the field remains greyed out. |
5.Generate allows you to generate and view the document in the chosen format.
6.Send allows you to send emails and, in the case of an individual report, to send the document to the employee file.
